1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern all wholesale transactions between Awamava LLC and the buyer. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Awamava LLC. A purchase order does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing.

3. Minimum Order Quantities

Starter Tier: 50 kg. Business Tier: 200 kg. Enterprise Tier: 500 kg+. MOQs may vary by product category.

4. Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change. Confirmed quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices exclude shipping, taxes, and customs fees unless stated.

5. Payment Terms

New customers: 50% deposit on confirmation, 50% before shipment. Established accounts: Net 30/45/60 as agreed. Accepted methods: wire transfer, business check. Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all import duties and customs clearance.

7. Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Custom/private label orders are non-cancellable once production has begun.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
